1. How do I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order on the carrier’s website. By clicking this link, you can check the status of your order while it’s in transit.


2. Can I make changes to my order?

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order is placed. Please make sure all the details are correct before confirming your checkout.


3. How do I return or exchange an item?

If your purchase isn’t working out, we’re happy to accept returns as long as the item is:

In original condition (tags attached, no visible signs of wear)

Not a clearance sale item

Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges.

Once our team receives your return parcel, we will issue you an online credit note that never expires, which can be used to purchase any item in our store or the size you prefer.


4. The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

We usually restock popular items from our latest collection within a few weeks. Please sign up with your email to be notified when the item is back in stock, so you won’t miss out next time.


5. I entered the incorrect shipping address. Can you change it for me?

Contact us immediately with your correct address.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping label.

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, we sadly cannot make any changes.


6. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry if you received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email with:

Your order number

Item name/product code

Picture of the item received

Details of the issue

Make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.


7. I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and promo code. We’ll do our best to apply it for you!
